She quickly recommended Kelly Meyer to help us with the drawings. I had an initial idea of what I wanted but Jenny and Kelly really went through my needs and wants in building the right home to fit my lifestyle. Kelly is a great listener and I really understood what I wanted. Once the initial plan was drawn I was able to see the home in a 3D image that allowed me to really get a feeling of living in the space. It took several meetings to get it right but I love that we really thought out the whole design and how it would fit on the difficult lot I purchased. I grew up on Middleton Mountain so was aware of the extreme sunlight that hits the hill in the summer. Kelly was able to dial in where the sun would be at different times of the day so the design was tweaked to make sure I had a usable outside area for summer entertaining.
