Mark and Corine were slowly renovating their lower floor but were unclear of the end result. After some discussion and measuring the plan fell into place. We designed a built-in table under an old stair opening so we could support the structure. Then we managed to tuck the washer and dryer into the far corner to allow for an L-shaped kitchen. One additional window was added for natural light.
